1:1 Work

I work with individuals who want greater clarity, peace, and freedom in their life.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting individuals who want to explore how to build and collaborate from a place of connection - a world where presence and joy is embodied and not separate from the doing.

Potential focus: 1) Whole being alignment: Integrating Personal-Professional Life 2) Music Medicine: Embodying self-trust through sound 3) Cultivating Stillness and Beauty through Chan Zen Tea.

Business

Strategy: I help businesses communicate their story, formulate their growth plan, and find resources.

Culture change: I help leaders create deliberately developmental culture and community amongst their employees and clients. I design experiences and processes that deepen trust, connection, and psychological safety to generate the most creative, productive and happy teams.

Facilitation: I facilitate workshops, retreats, and events in China and the USA focused on deepening trust and overcoming conflict towards greater connection.

Systems Change

East-West Bridge is an advisory firm focused on growing the consciousness movement by connecting the leaders and companies between China and the USA.

It does this by curating intimate and high-impact systems change leadership expeditions, and by providing strategic advisory to companies crossing the US-China bridge.

See Events for the recent 'US-China Consciousness Bridge' leadership expedition.

Its rare for someone to be gifted both as a facilitator and as a business strategist.
In my work with Mina both one-on-one and in groups, she can seamlessly weave the two where even the process of creating a business plan together has been deeply transformative, guiding me more firmly into my sense of purpose and deepest vision.

When I moved from NYC to Shanghai, I was seeking a deeper level of personal and professional integration in my life and needed help seeing new career possibilities. While I had worked with executive coaches previously, Mina uniquely held the more complex worldview and alignment that I wanted to develop in myself.
As a coach, Mina made it safe for me to explore the inevitable conflicts that arise during transition and created an environment conducive to growing. She tapped into all domains of knowing and drew from many tools to help me train my intuition and breakthrough to new ways of thinking.
Since working with Mina, I’ve experienced more synchronicity in my life and new opportunities have emerged almost effortlessly.

Approach and Principles

My unique lens comes from walking the Business and Spiritual path as one and having roots in both the East and the West. From balancing focused execution with deep interpersonal connection, structure with improv, and modern science with ancient wisdom.
As an executive, musician, and facilitator, I can go from running a meeting to facilitating conflict or leading a meditation. I can meet you in logic and deconstruct limiting beliefs or go with you into Nature, Tea and Music where another language informs you.

  • Love you just as you are, without trying to change you. You are not a “problem” to be fixed, instead we’ll explore together with curiosity and openness blockages and wants.

  • You know what's best for you. I trust your knowing. I ask you questions and respect your autonomy which strengthens your ability to self-investigate long after our sessions. I also actively give guidance and behavioral homework to integrate learnings. I hold you accountable to implementation.

  • Treat everything as an iteration. There is no wrong way to do it. This helps us experiment and lowers the feeling of fear and risk during transformation and change.

  • Embrace intensity. We lean into the intensity of every experience and moment, coming more alive, aware, and subtle through the work.

  • Joy and pleasure. Enjoy the journey the whole way through. Have fun.
